Hello! My name is Jacob Scobey, and I believe that strong writing and communications require a precise understanding of mission, message, and audience. That outlook has been fundamental to my career as I’ve worked with organizational leaders to define what needs to be communicated and to what end.

Along the way, causes like racial justice, health equity, and community wellness have become not only driving forces behind my content but also mechanisms through which I can use my skills to give back to my community.

• Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame

• Broad communications experience, including publications, development communications, impact reports, cases for support, social media, website management, document design, photography, and consultant management
